I had the privilege of attending and Payton's Expand Beyond Recovery Retreat at the stunning Finca La Anita Cacao Ranch, nestled in the heart of a lush rainforest. From start to finish, it was an experience that changed my life. The connection with the other women in recovery was deeply healing, and Payton was an incredible facilitator. She created a safe and supportive environment where I felt encouraged to break open and truly explore my healing journey. The yoga sessions were grounding, the meditation practices helped me center my mind, and the excursions allowed me to connect with nature in the most profound way. The sisterhood that developed among us was empowering, and I left feeling more connected to myself and the women around me than I ever thought possible. This retreat offered not just relaxation, but real transformation. I am incredibly grateful for the experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a life-changing journey of recovery, connection, and self-discovery.

OMG. I don't know if there are enough or the right words to describe my retreat experience. Payton really knows how to create and facilitate a retreat. This felt like a once in a lifetime opportunity. Here's a bit of what I experienced: A safe space to be authentically me; Opportunity to relax or socialize as I saw fit for my energy levels; The gift of meeting, connecting, and creating a sisterhood with ladies on a similar path and also intriguingly different (we all have our own gifts); Beautiful scenery and conversations; A life changing excursion. Not only did I get to see a beautiful rainforest, I was able to push myself outside of my comfort zone. I cannot wait for the next retreat! I know it will be exactly what I need, when I need it, and where I need it. Her retreats meet me where I am at and give me all I need to walk through the next phase of my life. The most amazing, beautiful ranch in the rainforest 🥰 Anna & Pablo hosted a wonderful retreat along with Payton ♥️ yummy food, beautiful scenery, horseback riding, and wonderful staff! I cannot express enough how grateful and blessed I am to have experienced this wonderful experience! This was the trip/retreat of lifetime!!! I live in the United States and had never been to Costa Rica before. I've done other retreats in the states with Payton, so I already knew this would be well organized, heart-filling, & a needed recharge on my recovery journey. But, WOW...everything about this retreat was done with such detail and careful coordination. La Anita Retreat Ranch in Upala, Costa Rica was truly an modern experience in an ancient rain forest. The facilities were beautiful, yet rustic. The owners Pablo & Anna were superior in every way. Payton's choices of 1/2 day and full day excursions amplified the overall experience of being nestled amongst trees, foliage, water falls, bridges, trails, wildlife, delicious meals and more. If you ever have the chance to participate in one of Payton's retreats, do it! And 1000% do it if you have the opportunity to go to Costa Rica and the rain forests. Heal & recover in nature. It's the best!

The itinerary and venue for this retreat were top notch. Payton organized excursions that allowed us to engage more with the natural environment and the Costa Rican culture. We had opportunities for adventure, social connection, and rest. This was the experience of a lifetime. I highly recommend it!
